Shipping Policy

All Spicy Bite Nails sets are handmade with care. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most made-to-order sets are processed within 10–14 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Ready-to-ship items will typically ship faster, usually within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your full order may ship together once all items are complete.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s current transit times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of my control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. I am happy to help where I can, but Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

Rush Orders

Rush processing may be available for an additional fee when capacity allows. Rush processing only speeds up the time it takes for your order to be made; it does not guarantee faster carrier delivery unless you also select an upgraded shipping method at checkout.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee changes once production has started or the order has shipped.
