Spicy Bite Nails sells handmade press-on nail products and related nail accessories.

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors, finishes, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, device type, and the handmade nature of the products.

Because many products are handmade, made to order, custom-sized, or personalized, slight variations in color, design placement, size, finish, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the products and do not necessarily mean the item is defective.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, fit, or quality of any product purchased will meet every customer expectation or appear exactly the same as shown in product photos.

All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and designs are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3. Handmade Products, Custom Sizing, and Personalization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including product selection, size, shape, length, shipping address, and any personalization or custom sizing information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information and personalization details. Custom-sized or personalized items are made based on the information provided by the customer.

Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, incorrect size selection, missing customization details, or customer ordering errors.

If you are unsure of your size, we recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing a full set.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Spicy Bite Nails reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until Spicy Bite Nails confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted, production has started, or the order has shipped.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return, exchange, or cancellation only in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

5. Prices, Billing, and Payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs fees, import charges, or other applicable charges.

We may offer promotions from time to time. Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through this website.

You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

6. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Most made-to-order sets are processed within 10–14 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping or carrier transit time. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your full order may ship together once all items are complete.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect customer-provided information, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We are happy to help where we reasonably can, but Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the handmade, custom, and personal-use nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, color preference, style preference, product selection errors, or other customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to seller error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue was caused by seller error, we will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. Once production has started, cancellations are not guaranteed.

8. Use of Products

Spicy Bite Nails products are intended for external cosmetic use only.

Customers are responsible for following all application, wear, and removal instructions. Improper application or removal may cause damage to natural nails.

If irritation, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Spicy Bite Nails is not responsible for damage, irritation, allergic reactions, or injury caused by misuse, improper application, improper removal, adhesive sensitivity, failure to follow instructions, or use of third-party products such as nail glue, adhesive tabs, removers, or other nail products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product names, product descriptions, photos, graphics, branding, logos, designs, text, videos, and other content, is owned by Spicy Bite Nails or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
