Talavera tile is a style of Mexican/Spanish ceramics that originated when Spaniards arrived in Spain in the 17th century. It can come in many colors but the beautiful cobalt blue paint is the most well known version. These nails channel the intricate paintings on the talavera tiles in a blue chrome powder over a sky blue cat eye base. The cat eye shifts in the light, giving a velvety looking effect. They're so fun!
